Summary: Water transfer is a new oil field service operation for Ute Energy that was established in November of 2019 with innovation, technology, efficiency, honor, and integrity at the forefront of our way of doing business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A Water Transfer Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that freshwater movement occurs effectively and efficiently as required by an oil and gas operator, this is a leadership and supervisory position.
Duties Include:
Line and Pump Installation and take-down
Frack manifolding set-up and take-down
Line integrity checks and repairs
Prep equipment for transportation
Safely load and transport equipment of up to 20,000 lbs
Transport work crews to and from locations
Operate and troubleshoot Trailer mounted pumps
Perform infield mechanical repairs
Supervise and lead teams of 2-3 Transfer Techs
Develop and execute a modified operation plan
Prepare and complete detailed daily reporting as required
Perform all functions of a Transfer Tech Performs other duties as assigned and reasonably within the scope of duties enumerated above.
Schedule:
Typical oil field service work with 24 hour and 7 day a week schedule, and Holiday work is required. 24 Hour call-out schedule, no exceptions. A typical work week is 60 hours +.

Three (3) years of water transfer experience
Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills
Lead a team-based environment
Take mature responsibility for team actions and results
Always fit for duty (on call 24/7)
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds safely
Must possess time and duty self-management skills
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures in a safe manner
Must be able to equip and maintain any PPE assigned to you (including COVID-19)
Must possess working knowledge of work management software, general computer and smartphone applications understanding, and a professional manner of communications
Must have working knowledge of diesel and gas engines as well as fluid pump heads attached to the engine
Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:
Class A license is required, CDL recommended
Employment Conditional upon the Results of the Following:
Must be able to pass to preemployment drug testing and random drug testing throughout the employment period
Must possess a clean MVR and maintain throughout employment
