Job Posting – Receptionist
As our Front Office Receptionist, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for guests and callers. You’ll provide top-notch customer service while managing a variety of front desk and administrative responsibilities to keep our office running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly attitude
Answer and direct incoming calls with efficiency and courtesy
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution
Keep the front desk and reception area tidy and organized
Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, ordering supplies, etc.)
Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments or meetings
Pitch in on other administrative duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard phone systems
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred
