We are seeking a dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead our HSE initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a strong safety culture, and minimizing environmental impact. Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development & Implementation
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and management systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and HAZOP meetings.
Risk Management & Compliance
Monitor, analyze, and improve safety performance through data analysis.
Lead accident/incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Stay updated on HSE laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Training & Communication
Provide in-house safety training and foster a culture of safety awareness.
Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams on HSE initiatives.
Operational Support
Assist various departments in HSE-related client interactions.
Support project teams by ensuring HSE compliance in new projects.
Prepare safety documentation for new tenders and contract start-ups.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in HSE roles, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
Certifications & Skills:
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) (preferred).
Strong understanding of HSE Management Systems, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret and apply complex HSE regulations.
Willingness to travel as needed.
